Legalization and integral transformation of a single-family house
This project shows how a complex urban situation can be solved with an architectural solution of high value.
The house had been illegally renovated with serious structural, habitability and distribution deficiencies. The lower floor did not comply with the legal minimum height, light or ventilation requirements.
From ES-ARCHITECTURE, in collaboration with an interior design studio from Barcelona, we developed a proposal that solved the legal aspects and improved the spatial quality.

The result: a legal, transformed and optimized home that reflects balance, comfort and personality. The collaboration between architecture and interior design was essential to achieve a comprehensive and satisfactory solution.
