Our mission
We believe the process of buying, selling, renting or renovating property should be neither tedious, complicated nor stressful. In fact it is a dream, a personal or professional project that should become a reality rather than a collection of obstacles and complications.
It’s normal in these types of processes to encounter setbacks and surprises; however, the key is knowing how to manage them, to react in a timely manner and have trustworthy individuals ready to handle them effectively.
That’s why we strongly believe in providing 360º support and for being with you throughout the entire process, from the initial search to the creation or complete renovation and design of your property project. Moreover, we speak Spanish, English, French and German, you choose.

We are experts in finding, renovating and designing spaces. We will search for the most suitable property for you in your chosen location, whether it’s for your own private residence or to set up your business. Once we have it, we will focus on redistributing the space strategically to help you get the best out of it while also helping you add value to it regardless of whether you wish to live in it or rent it out.
If your intention is to rent it out, whether long- or short-term, we will help provide you with solutions. This way, when you are on holiday, you will also be able to make your investment profitable. The choice is yours.
Meet the team
Aurélie Berger
I am Aurélie, estate agent and travel lover. My passions are project management and gastronomy. I will find the best place for you to live, invest or open your business. I will listen to you and, bearing your requirements in mind, will search for your ideal property, one that is best suited to you, your personality and your budget. You can talk to me in Spanish, English or French.
I am the one who will help you save time, find the best properties and make an initial selection before you go to see them. You will not need to go and see 20 properties in 19 of them don’t meet your requirements. I will make sure you visit them, either in person or virtually, and if you like any of them I will guide you through the process to ensure you get what it is you are really looking for. I have been an independent estate agent and member of the IAD international network since 2020.
I was born in France and now live in Vilanova i la Geltrú (in the Barcelona region); however, my passion for Spain was born when I went to study in the UK. I wonder why that is! I am a born organiser and love planning my time well.
Eberhard Schmidl
My name is Eberhard. I am an architect and the creator of Es-architecture, my architecture and interior design studio based in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona.
I carry out custom projects and develop them individually and flexibly, taking into account the actual use of spaces and comfort.
Aurélie and I will guide you throughout the property investment process, and help you create your home from scratch: including renovation, planning and project execution, always keeping your budget in mind.
I have worked with private clients and national and international companies, and can speak with you in Spanish, English and German.
I was born in Austria and have been living and working in the Barcelona region since 2003. My connection with Spain began while I was studying. After working with Reitter Architekten, ROMANO Arquitectos, Eduard Samsó and Castelveciana (Inditex), I decided to start my own venture, and am now here to assist you in any way I can.
